Target Information
Mu-Calpain (Calpain-I) and m-calpain (Calpain-II) are intracellular, calcium-dependent cysteine proteases. Mu-calpain has micromolar calcium sensitivity, whereas m-calpain has millimolar calcium sensitivity.
