Product Specific Information
PA1-29560 detects Goat IgG heavy and light chains. This antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Goat IgG coupled to agarose beads, followed by solid-phase adsorption to remove unwanted reactivities.
Immunoelectrophoresis produced a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Goat IgG, and Goat Serum, with no reaction against Human Serum Proteins.
Store as a concentrated solution and centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified and highly specific for goat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins in various assays.
Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
