• In FACS, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
• Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
• Not recommended for immunohistochemical staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections.

CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 인산화 후 단백질 티로신 포스파테이스 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
CD31은 혈관계 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며, 주로 인접 세포 간 접합부에 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종결합을 담당하며, 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CD31은 인테그린 매개 세포 부착, 내피세포 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역수용체 신호 억제, 자가면역, 대식세포 식세포작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 기능을 수행하는 다기능 분자입니다.
혈관계에서 중요한 조절 인자 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
