Target Information
IGF2BP1은 insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA 결합 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 네 개의 K homology 도메인과 두 개의 RNA 인식 모티프를 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 IGF2, β-actin, β-transducin repeat-containing protein 등의 mRNA에 결합하여 번역을 조절합니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 각각 다른 이소폼을 암호화합니다.
