Target Information
HVCN1 (hydrogen voltage-gated channel 1)는 전압 개폐성 양성자 채널 단백질로 면역 조직에서 높게 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 식세포 백혈구의 산화적 폭발에 필요한 양성자 전도성을 매개하며, 세포막의 전압 의존적 양성자 투과성을 조절합니다. HVCN1은 아연 이온에 민감하며, 아연에 의해 억제될 수 있습니다. 또한 B 세포 항원 수용체 신호 전달을 지속시키는 B 세포 악성종양의 새로운 치료 표적이 될 가능성이 있습니다.
