PA1-027A는 mouse, rat, canine, human 조직의 Cyclophilin B (CyPB)를 검출합니다.
Western blot, IF/ICC, IHC (P)에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다. Western blot에서 rat liver extract로부터 약 19 kDa의 CyPB 단백질을 검출합니다.
이 항체의 면역원은 human CyPB의 잔기 C(194)–E(208)에 해당하는 합성 펩타이드로, human, mouse, rat, bovine, chicken 간에 거의 완전히 보존되어 있습니다.
Neutralization 및 control 실험용으로 동일 펩타이드 (Cat. # PEP-058) 사용 가능합니다.
Target Information
Immunophilins은 cyclosporin A (CsA) 또는 FK506과 결합할 수 있는 세포질 수용체 단백질군입니다.
FK506 결합 단백질은 FKBP, cyclosporin A 결합 단백질은 Cyclophilin (CyP)이라 불립니다.
CyP:CsA 및 FKBP:FK506 복합체는 calcineurin 억제를 통해 T-cell 활성화 신호 전달을 차단함으로써 면역억제 작용을 나타냅니다.
Immunophilins은 peptidyl prolyl cis-trans-isomerase (PPIase) 활성을 가지며, 단백질 접힘을 촉진합니다.
