Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

DOCK8 is essential for humoral immune responses and proper B cell immunological synapse formation.
Mutations in this gene cause the autosomal recessive form of hyper-IgE syndrome.
