For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Pellino proteins are a family of E3 ubiquitin ligases acting as upstream mediators in Toll-like receptor (TLR) pathways, leading to activation of MAP kinases and transcription factors.
Pellino 1 is essential for interleukin-1-mediated signaling through interaction with the IRAK4–IRAK–TRAF6 complex, resulting in NF-κB activation.
Like other Pellino family members, Pellino 1 catalyzes polyubiquitination of IRAK1 and is activated by phosphorylation via IRAK1, IRAK4, IKK-ε, or TBK1.
Its activity is also modulated by ubiquitination and sumoylation.
