Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
ZFP42 is involved in the reprogramming of X-chromosome inactivation during the acquisition of pluripotency.
It is required for efficient elongation of TSIX, a non-coding RNA antisense to XIST, and binds the DXPas34 enhancer within the TSIX promoter.
Also plays a role in embryonic stem (ES) cell self-renewal. [UniProt]
