- In direct ELISAs, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) FCRL3 is observed.
- No cross-reactivity with rhFCRL1, rhFCRL2, or rhFCRL4.

Target Information
Fc receptor homolog 5 (FcRH5), also known as IRTA2, is a transmembrane protein related to the Fc receptor family.
It acts as an activating or inhibitory receptor on specific B-cell populations and is involved in B-cell development and differentiation in peripheral lymphoid organs.
FcRH5 expression is deregulated in multiple myeloma and Burkitt lymphoma cell lines with 1q21 abnormalities, suggesting its critical role in B-cell lymphoma pathogenesis.
