- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human C1r is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
This gene encodes a serine protease, a major constituent of the human complement subcomponent C1.
C1s associates with complement components C1r and C1q to form the first component of the serum complement system.
Defects in this gene cause selective C1s deficiency.
