- In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP-1 is observed.
- Approximately 15% cross-reactivity with rhEotaxin is observed.
- Less than 3% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Eotaxin, rhMARC, and rhMCP-2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
