Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human MCP-1 is observed.
- Approximately 15% cross-reactivity with rhEotaxin is observed.
- Less than 3% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Eotaxin, rhMARC, and rhMCP-2 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).

MCP-3는 염증 및 전이 과정에서 대식세포를 유인하는 분비성 케모카인입니다. C-C 케모카인 하위군에 속하며, 인접한 두 개의 시스테인 잔기를 특징으로 합니다. 이 단백질은 세포외 기질을 분해하는 효소인 matrix metalloproteinase 2의 in vivo 기질로 알려져 있습니다.
