Reconstitution:
Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2–7.4) to a concentration of ≥0.2 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in sterile medium or buffered solution with a carrier protein.
Storage:
This lyophilized preparation is stable at 2°C to 8°C, but should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability, preferably desiccated. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2°C to 8°C. For maximal stability, divide into working aliquots and store at ≤-20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

IL-12 p70 (interleukin-12) is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in immune responses to infections and cancer. It is produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells in response to pathogens and tumor cells. IL-12 p70 induces interferon-gamma production and activates T cells and NK cells.
