Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MPP3 is part of the MAGUK (membrane-associated guanylate kinase homologs) family, which interacts with the cytoskeleton and regulates cell proliferation, signaling, and junction formation.
It contains a conserved SH3 motif involved in cytoskeletal association and signal transduction.
Alternative splicing produces transcript variants, one of which is experimentally supported but does not encode a protein.
