Target Information

The SARS 3C-like protease (SARS 3CL (pro)) is a cysteine protease responsible for proteolytic cleavage of the viral precursor polyprotein into functional proteins required for coronavirus replication.
This protease is considered an attractive therapeutic target against SARS.
