A 1:5000 dilution of MA5-45123 was sufficient for detection of HSP27 in 20 µg of HeLa cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis. Detects approximately 25 kDa or approximately 27 kDa. Recognizes HSP25 and HSP27, and cross-reacts with alpha B crystallin.

HSPB1 유전자 변이는 Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease 2F 및 Neuronopathy distal hereditary motor 2B와 관련이 있습니다.
