- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각하는 전처리가 필요합니다.
