Target Information
The TRMT2A protein is of unknown function but is orthologous to the mouse Trmt2a gene and contains an RNA methyltransferase domain. Its expression varies during the cell cycle and may serve as a biomarker in certain breast cancers. Multiple transcript variants encoding two isoforms have been identified for TRMT2A.
