Product Specific Information
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. Antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned, and individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.
Advantages include:
- Improved specificity and sensitivity
- Lot-to-lot consistency
- Animal origin-free formulation
- Broader immunoreactivity due to the rabbit immune repertoire
Target Information
BCL-10 is an N-terminal CARD (Caspase Recruitment Domain) containing protein involved in the adaptive immune response.
It promotes apoptosis, pro-caspase-9 maturation, and NF-κB activation via NIK and IKK.
BCL-10 acts as an adapter between the TNFR1-TRADD-RIP complex and the downstream NIK-IKK-IKAP complex, and is a substrate for MALT1.
Mutations in the BCL10 gene can lead to Immunodeficiency 37 or mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma.
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
