Target Information

HSP90 is a 90 kDa protein that is abundant even under non-stress conditions and associates with intracellular proteins such as steroid receptors, actin, tubulin, and kinases. HSP90 helps maintain the structural integrity of steroid receptors, enabling ligand binding during receptor activation.
