Target Information
CD61 (GPIIIa, ITGB3)는 거핵세포, 혈소판 및 그 전구세포에서 발견되는 당단백질로, 혈소판 응집에 관여하며 피브리노겐, 피브로넥틴, 폰 빌레브란트 인자(von Willebrand factor), 비트로넥틴(vitronectin) 등의 수용체로 작용합니다.
105 kDa의 당단백질로 αIIb 인테그린(CD41) 또는 αV 인테그린(CD51)과 결합하여 세포 표면에서 기능하며, 혈소판, 내피세포, 단핵구, 파골세포 등에서 발현됩니다.
CD61은 세포 부착과 세포 표면 신호 전달에 관여하며, Glanzmann Thrombasthenia 및 Platelet type-16 Bleeding Disorder와 관련이 있습니다.
