For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
Target Information
The G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) superfamily consists of approximately 600–1,000 members and represents the largest class of molecular targets with therapeutic relevance.
GPR12 is an orphan GPCR that constitutively activates the Gs protein to increase intracellular cAMP levels. It can also be activated by sphingosylphosphorylcholine, promoting cellular processes such as proliferation, neurite outgrowth, cell survival, and differentiation.
