이 항체는 pervanadate 처리된 인간 내피세포의 Western blot에서 VEGFR-2에 해당하는 180 kDa 밴드를 검출하며, 재조합 인간 VEGFR-2에 강한 반응성을 보입니다. 알칼리성 포스파타제 처리 후 반응성이 소실됩니다. 또한 VEGFR-1 (Tyr-794) 보존 부위를 검출하며, HUVEC 세포에서 VEGFR-2의 면역형광 염색에도 사용 가능합니다.
Target Information
KDR (FLK1, VEGFR2)는 III형 수용체 티로신 키나제로, 혈관내피성장인자(VEGF)에 높은 친화도로 결합합니다. 배아 발생 초기에 내피세포 전구체에서 발현되며, 신호전달 및 수송은 Rab GTPase, P2Y purine nucleotide receptor, integrin αVβ3, T-cell protein tyrosine phosphatase 등 다양한 인자에 의해 조절됩니다. FLK1 (VEGF Receptor 2)의 돌연변이는 유아 모세혈관 혈관종과 관련이 있습니다.
