Product Specific Information
Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시에는 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.
Target Information
ITLN1은 기저 포도당 흡수에는 영향을 주지 않지만, 인슐린 자극에 의한 포도당 흡수를 강화합니다. 또한 인슐린 존재 여부와 관계없이 AKT 인산화를 증가시킵니다. ITLN1은 미생물 방어 시스템에 관여할 수 있으며, 칼슘 의존적으로 병원체의 탄수화물 사슬 및 galactofuranosyl 잔기를 포함한 세균 구성 요소를 인식할 수 있습니다. 또한 철 대사에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
