Target Information
This gene encodes an intracellular F-actin binding protein expressed in lymphocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and endothelium. It may regulate neutrophil motility, adhesion to fibrinogen matrix proteins, and transendothelial migration. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
