For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2) is involved in maintaining self-renewal and pluripotency of embryonic and trophoblast stem cells via FGF and Wnt signaling pathways.
Upon FGF pathway activation, ESRRB interacts with KDM1A, binding enhancer sites of ELF5 and EOMES, activating transcription, and promoting trophoblast stem cell self-renewal.
ESRRB also regulates rod-specific gene expression essential for cell survival.
Mutations in ESRRB can cause autosomal recessive deafness (DFNB35).
