Target Information
TNIK (TRAF2 and NCK interacting kinase)는 N-terminal kinase domain과 C-terminal GCK domain을 가진 단백질로, 세포골격 조절 기능을 담당합니다. TNIK은 주로 뇌, 심장, 비장에서 발현되며, RAP2의 특이적 효소로서 actin cytoskeleton을 조절합니다. 또한 gelsolin을 인산화하여 세포골격 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
