Target Information
MARK3는 세포 극성(cell polarity)을 조절하는 kinase 그룹의 일원으로, 미세소관 관련 단백질(MAPs)의 인산화를 통해 기능합니다. MARK3 단백질은 인산화에 의해 활성화되며, tau 단백질, MAP2 및 MAP4의 인산화에 관여합니다. MARK3 유전자는 여러 전사 변이체를 가지며, 다양한 isoform을 암호화합니다.
