Recombinant rabbit Superclonal™ antibodies are unique offerings from Thermo Fisher Scientific. They consist of a defined mixture of multiple recombinant monoclonal antibodies, combining the sensitivity of polyclonal antibodies with the specificity and consistency of monoclonal antibodies.
Each lot contains the same known mixture of light and heavy chains, eliminating the biological variability typical of polyclonal antibody production.

Target Information
Rex1 is involved in reprogramming X-chromosome inactivation during acquisition of pluripotency. It is required for efficient elongation of TSIX, a non-coding RNA antisense to XIST, and binds the DXPas34 enhancer within the TSIX promoter. It also plays a role in embryonic stem cell self-renewal.
