Target Information

African swine fever virus protein, p54, is an important structural protein and is highly immunogenic. Mouse mAbs, prepared against a baculovirus-expressed p54 polypeptide, recognized both conserved and variable epitopes. The mAb epitopes also reacted with sera from ASFV-infected pigs.
