Target Information
PFDN1 유전자는 prefoldin β 서브유닛 패밀리의 구성원으로, 분자 샤페론 복합체를 형성하는 여섯 개의 서브유닛 중 하나를 암호화합니다. Prefoldin 복합체는 새로 합성된 폴리펩타이드를 안정화시켜 올바른 접힘을 유도하며, 두 개의 α 서브유닛과 네 개의 β 서브유닛으로 구성된 이중 β 배럴 구조를 형성합니다.
