Target Information
Acts as a ventralizing factor during embryogenesis. Inhibits axin-mediated JNK activation by binding axin and disrupting axin homodimerization, thereby antagonizing a Wnt/beta-catenin-independent dorsalization pathway activated by AXIN/JNK signaling.
