Target Information
CD56 (NCAM, neural cell adhesion molecule)은 면역글로불린 패밀리에 속하는 막관통 당단백질로, 신경계에서 널리 발현됩니다. 120–180 kDa의 다양한 아이소폼을 가지며, T 세포 및 NK 세포에서 발견됩니다. 세포 이동, 축삭 성장, 경로 탐색 및 시냅스 가소성에 관여하며, 다당체화 수정은 CD56 매개 세포 부착을 감소시킵니다. CD56은 laminin 및 integrin과 같은 세포외 기질 성분과 상호작용하여 동종 및 이종 결합을 매개합니다. 또한 신경내분비 종양 및 난소 과립세포 종양의 민감한 표지자로 널리 사용됩니다. CD56 기능 이상은 광견병 및 blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasms와 관련이 있습니다.
