Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)는 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포의 후기 엔도좀, 리소좀 및 분비 소포에 존재합니다. 세포 활성화 후에는 혈장막에도 존재하며, basophil 활성화 마커로 널리 사용됩니다.
CD63은 integrin과 상호작용하여 식세포 작용 및 세포 이동에 영향을 주며, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널의 이동 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 T세포 공동자극 분자로 작용하며, 암 초기 단계의 예후 예측에 활용될 수 있습니다.
활성화된 혈소판에서 CD63은 리소좀 막 당단백질로서 혈장막으로 이동하며, 단핵구와 대식세포에도 존재하고, 과립구, B세포 및 T세포에서는 약하게 발현됩니다.
CD63은 흑색종 관련 항원 ME491 및 혈소판 항원 PTLGP40과 동일하며, CD63 기능 이상은 흑색종 및 Hermansky-Pudlak 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
