- In sandwich ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-12 p40, IL-12 p35, IL-23, or recombinant mouse IL-12 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.

IL-12 p70 (interleukin-12) is a cytokine crucial for immune responses to infections and cancer. It is produced by dendritic cells, macrophages, and B cells in reaction to pathogens and tumor cells. IL-12 p70 promotes interferon-gamma production and activates T cells and NK cells.
