Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The PLCB1 protein catalyzes the formation of inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. This reaction requires calcium as a cofactor and plays a key role in intracellular signal transduction. The gene is activated by G-protein alpha subunits alpha-q and alpha-11.
