Product Specific Information
Reconstitution:
Briefly centrifuge vial before opening to collect contents at the bottom. Reconstitute KGF in 1X PBS to a concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex. Store solution at 2°C–8°C for up to 1 week. For extended storage, dilute further in buffer containing a carrier protein (e.g., 0.1% BSA) and store aliquots at -20°C to -80°C.
Storage:
Lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for 1 month, but should be kept at -20°C for long-term storage, preferably desiccated. Working aliquots with carrier protein remain stable for at least 3 months at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
