Product Specific Information
- Paraffin 절편 염색 전, 1 mg/mL pepsin을 0.5M acetic acid에 녹여 37°C에서 2시간 항원 회수 후 여러 번 세척 필요.
- 증류수 0.5 mL로 재구성. 재구성 전에는 4°C 보관, 재구성 후에는 -20°C에서 보관하며, 동결/해동 반복은 피할 것.
- 장기 보관 시 1% BSA와 0.09% sodium azide 첨가 권장.
- Rabbit anti-Human Collagen I antibody는 native 및 heat-denatured 단백질 모두에 반응하며, Collagen III, IV, V에 대해 교차 흡수됨.

Collagen I은 두 개의 alpha-1 chain과 하나의 alpha-2 chain으로 구성된 삼중 나선 구조의 Type I collagen으로, 대부분의 결합 조직(뼈, 각막, 진피, 건 등)에 풍부합니다.
COL1A2 유전자 돌연변이는 골형성부전증(I-IV형), Ehlers-Danlos 증후군(VIIB형, Classical형), 특발성 골다공증, Marfan 증후군 변형형 등과 관련이 있습니다.
Collagen I 유전자와 혈소판 유래 성장인자 베타 유전자가 위치한 염색체 17과 22 간의 상호 전좌는 피부 종양(dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans)과 연관되어 있으며, 두 개의 전사체가 확인되었습니다.
