This antibody detects endogenous levels of total BRWD3.
Target Information
The BRWD3 protein contains a bromodomain and several WD repeats. It is believed to have a chromatin-modifying function and may play a role in transcription. Mutations in BRWD3 cause X-linked mental retardation type 93 (mental retardation X-linked with macrocephaly). This gene is also associated with translocations in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
