Target Information
ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) are key regulators of intracellular vesicular trafficking. The ARFGEF2 protein activates ARFs by accelerating the exchange of GDP for GTP and participates in Golgi transport. It contains a Sec7 domain responsible for guanine-nucleotide exchange activity and brefeldin A inhibition.
