Product Specific Information

0.5 µg/mL of MA5-45187 was sufficient for detection of 50 ng YDJ1 by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Detects approximately 40 kDa. Yeast specific product. Does not cross-react with Human, Mouse, or Rat.

Target Information

TCF-9 (transcription factor 9), also known as C2orf3, GCF, or DNABF, is a 781 amino acid nuclear protein that binds GC-rich sequences of beta-Actin, EGFR, and CANP promoters. It contains multiple phosphoserine and phosphothreonine residues and produces two isoforms due to alternative splicing. GCF is a candidate gene for dyslexia (DYX3) on human chromosome 2.
