Target Information
Chromogranin A (CHGA)는 신경내분비 분비 단백질 계열에 속하는 chromogranin/secretogranin 패밀리의 구성원입니다.
이 단백질은 뉴런 및 내분비 세포의 분비 소포에서 발견되며, vasostatin, pancreastatin, parastatin의 전구체로 작용합니다.
이들 펩타이드는 신경내분비 시스템의 자가 또는 국소 음성 조절자로 기능합니다.
CHGA는 카르시노이드 종양, 갈색세포종, 부신경절종 및 기타 신경내분비 종양의 우수한 마커로 알려져 있습니다.
또한 Chromogranin A와 neuron specific enolase (NSE)의 공발현은 신경내분비 종양에서 흔하게 관찰됩니다.
