RB6-8C5 단클론 항체는 마우스 Ly-6G (Gr-1) 항원을 인식합니다. Gr-1은 골수의 조혈세포 발달 과정에서 발현되는 GPI-결합 단백질로, 과립구 및 말초 호중구의 표지로 사용됩니다.
eBioscience의 시험 결과, RB6-8C5는 Ly6c 고발현 세포도 염색함이 확인되었습니다. Ly-6G 특이 타겟 분석에는 1A8-Ly6G 항체(Product #9668) 사용을 권장합니다.
Applications Reported: Flow cytometry
Applications Tested: 마우스 골수세포를 대상으로 한 유세포분석. ≤0.25 µg/test 권장.
Super Bright 780은 405 nm 여기, 780 nm 방출의 탠덤 염료로, 780/60 bandpass 필터 사용을 권장합니다.
두 개 이상의 Super Bright 항체를 사용할 경우, 비특이적 결합을 줄이기 위해 Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product #SB-4401) 사용을 권장합니다.
