Target Information
MATK (Hyl) is a non-receptor CSK-type protein tyrosine kinase involved in signal transduction pathways related to megakaryocyte growth and differentiation. It phosphorylates and inactivates Src family kinases, potentially playing an inhibitory role in T-cell proliferation and hematopoietic cell signaling. It may also be involved in signaling pathways associated with certain breast cancers.
