Target Information
Brg1 (Brahma-related gene 1) 은 SWI2/SNF2 유사 크로마틴 재구성 복합체의 ATPase 서브유닛으로, 전사, DNA 복구, DNA 복제 과정에서 조절 및 효과 단백질의 접근을 가능하게 합니다. Brg1 복합체는 일반적인 세포 생존에는 필수적이지 않지만, 인터페론 및 스트레스 반응, 면역세포 분화, 신경발생, 세포주기 등 수백 개의 유전자 전사 조절에 관여하며, 마우스 배아 발생에는 필수적입니다. 또한 세포 성장 억제, 노화, 종양 억제에도 관여합니다.
