Product Specific Information

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of a large protein family containing the LIM domain, a cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator and play a role in differentiation and development of neural and lymphoid cells. In mice, a similar protein is an essential regulator of the vertebrate head organizer.
