Specificity Comments:
이 항체는 HGAL 단백질을 인식하며, PDZ-interacting domain, ITAM, SH2 binding site를 포함합니다. B세포에서 interleukin-4에 의해 발현이 유도되며, germinal center B세포에 특이적으로 존재합니다.
HGAL은 mantle 및 marginal zone B세포, inter-follicular 및 para-cortical 영역에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
그 특이성으로 인해 germinal center 유래 B-cell lymphoma 검출에 이상적입니다.
HGAL 발현은 nodal marginal zone lymphoma(NMZL)와 diffuse follicle center lymphoma 구분에 도움을 주며, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL) 환자의 생존율과도 상관이 있음이 보고되었습니다.
Target Information
GCET2 단백질은 signal transduction 경로에 관여하며, germinal cell lymphoma에서 발현이 증가합니다.
PDZ-interacting domain, ITAM, SH2 binding site를 포함하며, B세포에서 interleukin-4에 의해 발현이 유도됩니다.
이 유전자는 여러 전사 변이체를 생성하여 다양한 isoform을 암호화합니다.
