Target Information

GCET2는 신호 전달 경로에서 기능할 수 있는 단백질로, germinal cell lymphoma에서 발현이 증가합니다.
이 단백질은 PDZ-interacting domain, immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motif (ITAM), 두 개의 SH2 binding site를 포함합니다.
B 세포에서 interleukin-4에 의해 발현이 특이적으로 유도됩니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 여러 전사체 변형이 생성됩니다.
