Product Specific Information
The Neutralization Dose 50 (ND50) for anti-human FGF7 (KGF) is approximately 6 to 12 µg/mL in the presence of 125 ng/mL of recombinant human FGF7 using the human 4MBr-5 cell line.
Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
Target Information
FGF7 (Keratinocyte Growth Factor) plays an important role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, and cell differentiation. It is required for normal branching morphogenesis and acts as a growth factor active on keratinocytes. It may function as a major paracrine effector of normal epithelial cell proliferation.
