Target Information
GRK1은 G 단백질 연결 수용체 키나아제(GRK) 서브패밀리에 속하는 Serine/Threonine 키나아제 계열의 구성원입니다. GRK1은 로돕신을 인산화하여 비활성화를 유도하며, G 단백질 매개 인산화는 arrestin 결합을 촉진하여 수용체 신호 전달을 종료시킵니다. GRK1은 막 결합을 촉진하기 위해 farnesylation되어 있으며, recoverin(칼슘 결합 단백질)에 의해 억제될 수 있음이 보고되었습니다. GRK1 단백질 기능 이상과 관련된 질환에는 Oguchi Disease-2 및 Hereditary Night Blindness가 있습니다.
